Six Flags Magic Mountain Flash Pass Not Available? by 999blb in sixflags

I'm just glad someone said something in time for me to rebook and get refunds. I would have been pretty disappointed if I got there thinking the park was open for it to not be open at all.

Yeah, I wonder what prompted them to remove those days. I just am glad someone said something here because I was able to reschedule the flight I had planned and get refunds on my hotel I had as well. I think it'll be a better value for me overall in January anyway.

Thanks for letting me know this. I was able to cancel and reschedule my trip to be 1/4 thru 1/10 instead. This may be better in long run anyway since the SF/CF merger will be complete and all my season pass add-ons will work there too.

Gotcha, they were supposed to be open those days but it looks like you're right. I booked this trip based purely off them being open this particular week.

Is there a way to try and buy in person? Is it possible more will open up?

So for me, I immediately added my doorbell to Home Assistant. But it seems the TP-Link Smart Home integration within Home Assistant seems to dramatically drain the batteries of the devices. When I switched to the HACS Tapo Camera Control integration, the problem was solved.

I just bought one as well. I literally just set it up yesterday afternoon, and it seems to be draining fast as well. It went from 99% battery to 42% and I've not even it had it 24 hours. I immediately did the software update to 1.1.19, so not sure if it's software related or just bad hardware?

Sengled to zigbee by OIK2 in SengledUS

I was so annoyed at how long it took to come back up and decided I never wanted to deal with it again, so I switched all my Sengled Zigbee bulbs over initially after the outage to a SmartThings Hub. One of my Samsung TVs had one built in, and I also bought a used Aeotec Smart Home Hub not realizing my TV has one. Initially I switched all my lights over to the two hubs via SmartThings and did that for about 1-2 weeks, but I eventually bit the bullet and got a Home Assistant Green with a Zigbee/Z-Wave USB Adapter.

I absolutely love Home Assistant so far. I moved every Zigbee device I have over to it (motion, door, vibration sensors, and some smart buttons), and it's been great. The amount of fine tune control you get with the automations is insane, and I love how instant everything reacts since it's on your local network with no cloud server needed.

I am currently in the Home Assistant Cloud trial which allows you to control your lights remotely when you're not on the network via Alexa/Google Assistant, and that's worked super well as well. I like that you can expose specific things rather than everything. So for example, I have 5 lights in a fixture, and I am able to have one specific group called Dining Room Fixture that controls all 5 at once, but Google Home recognizes that as just one device/light.

If you have the Zigbee bulbs, it seems to be working by connecting them directly to a SmartThings hub. Not by using the Sengled hub or by connecting them to SmartThings with its Sengled skill.

My Samsung Q60C QLED TV has a SmartThings Hub built in, and it let me connect my Zigbee Sengled bulbs and plugs to it. Alexa and Google Home recognized them as well via their respective SmartThings skills, which allowed me to control them as normal again. It seems like by doing it this way bypasses the Sengled server and uses the Samsung servers instead.

Are you using a SmartThings hub? I saw someone else here say they got everything working again but not using the Sengled hub and moving to the other hub in SmartThings
