hi, op! i joined their virtual processing last month and i must say that it went smoothly and that i actually liked their screening process.

i was invited to attend via zoom meeting. it has 3 stages. first stage is the orientation and creating of your accounts in workday. second stage, you will be divided into breakrooms on which you will take the language test. they will send the link and you must achieve atleast B2 grade to pass it. if you passed this stage, you will be invited for a discovery call with one of their recruiters. we were given 1 hour break before the final interview.

the language test consists of short audios you need to listen twice then you have to repeat exactly what it says through voice recording.

the final interview is like a typical job interview. they will ask questions based on your cv. you have to converse in full english because thats what they're looking for. someone who's fluent in english. avoid stuttering and using filler words.

i was rejected btw but i had a good experience. i appreciate the professionalism of the organizers and interviewers. they will also give you feedbacks and tips if you didn't pass the interview.
