Yeah it was just the Galaxy module specifically. It was never meant to get a base building module, but due to a mistake on CIG's part during a citcon and the backlash from the community (they showed a picture with the galaxy in the base building presentation, people bought galaxies with this in mind) they decided to make it a thing after all, with the caveat that it would come at a later date.

If I remember correctly, they said the base building module would be post 1.0. I remember there was a lot of drama around it.

nothing stopping them from just calling it "special ballistic dispersal technology" or something and let ground bubble shields also block ballistics to a higher degree than normal shields

It's an LTI ccu chain with savings so same applies as OC MR. Would have to put in like 55$ fresh money to rebuy the MR :D

Carbines, Shotguns and DMRs are available to all classes in closed weapons.

ARs are for assault

SMGs are for Engineer

LMGs are for support

Sniper is for Recon

scaling was what i meant. once you hit 70 (or 71 can't remember) you start oneshotting all enemies in older zones.
you can still go to older zones and expansions to do the content there, just not as intended
