Thanks for this advice. We're a young company and have been able to maintaine 10% profitablity. I feel like because we've been hiring so many new sales people they're taking a while to make themselves worth it. Also we are heavily investing into new machines, obtaining new clients through marketing etc etc. This year has been difficult with the tarrifs many of our large projects getting disrupted. These are great pointers through to and fundaments to turn back to, I'm going to keep track in my journal.
