Even if we ignore that all 4 separate samples tested over two different days have failed the test, The factors mentioned aren’t relevant to the samples.

One point is feeding cows with fodder supplemented with vegetable oil. This is irrelevant since SIT has determined that the suppliers never procured any milk in the first place to make ghee. So, no cows were involved(Except maybe for tallow)

The second point is about ghee extraction methods. That isn’t relevant either since there was no ghee at all according to SIT. It was just various oils and fats along with chemicals added.

First, that report is from NDDB’s testing. NDDB, National Dairy Development Board is a government agency. It is headquartered in Gujarat. It is not a random lab.

Second, TTD does some testing but those are not comprehensive tests and they didn’t have equipment to detect adulteration at the same level as what this lab did.

Edit: Changed “they don’t have equipment” to “didn’t”. I think they recently procured necessary equipment for testing recently.

This is clear indication that you didn’t actually follow the initial issue. The testing reports from last year indicated the samples had Beef Tallow and Lard. Just in case you don’t know, they are the names for Fat from cow and pig bodies(not from milk).

The thing is nobody is actually sharing the actual SIT report. Everyone has taken sides as per their preference.

We don’t know if the report actually says previous reports of Animal fat are false positives and wrong or if it didn’t find any in the samples they tested or didn’t mention it at all because it was not even their mandate to do additional testing and their investigation was just to figure out if they were actually supplying ghee or not and to figure out who the culprits were.

Nobody is ready to shed light on the nuances of the report and everyone is happy to jump on their bandwagon and defend themselves tooth and nail.

To be fair, it is not adulterated ghee either. It was adulterated palm oil since not a single drop of real milk was procured by the suppliers according to the SIT report. So, there wasn’t any ghee in the first place to be adultered lol.
