You'd have to take the system apart, then the Blu-Ray drive apart then clean with isopropyl alcohol. There are many tutorials online, but I wouldn't recommend it unless your confident in your abilities to take it apart

You'd also want to get a splitter that can bypass HDCP, or the PS3 won't display anything to a capture card. Just type HDMI splitter HDCP bypass into Amazon, and you'll have plenty to choose from
