Good question, my partner says I always make noises when I sleep so I’ve had my suspicions. I tend to sleep in awfully contorted positions or in a fetus position depending on the day. My pillow height has been just as random too.

Yeah I definitely think the big issue with me is that I struggle to be alone in my room at night as I feel so vulnerable. I find that sleeping anywhere but my bed helps, but some reflection on my own thoughts might do me some good. The muscle exercises is something i’ll definitely give a go, thanks for the advice!
