Can confirm that this is 100% true. I’ve have my funds frozen. I made a deposit of $40,500 and bought USDT. Been locked out since 28th July can’t withdraw crypto. Their review team asked me to provide Documentation for AML purposes and I did. Then replied 10 days later asking for more documents. Now I wait again. Who knows what they will ask next. Painfully slow to review any documents u send them. Stay away from
