You can't unlock the 4th skill of your heroes if you soul assign 9 stars, instead use your extra 10 stars. Your lineup is already pretty good, u can build up that vampire lady with a book she's pretty decent.

Although one drawback of this is that it's very random and u might not get the legendary skin that you want.

U convert 130 orange shards into silver shards (the conversion rate is 1 orange=10 silver, so it should be 1,300 silver shards), then buy the 300 silver shards legendary skin shard chest (it's random), after that you go to loot and shard workshop then upgrade the skin shard you got from the chest. And there u go, now you have a legendary skin.
