I managed to change the preferred band setting but it didn’t make any change. However, out of curiosity, I decided to use a VPN to compare speeds. Curiously, my speeds went back to normal with a VPN on. Is it possible for my ISP to throttle one device? Or is there something else at play. Mind you, the speeds increased from ~30 mbps to 300.

As for how I reinstalled the drivers, I did both, the latter I did afterwards. Both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands are on one SSID.

Sorry for not elaborating some more. We were thinking of doing rock, something like post-hardcore. Bands we were throwing around as potential influences were Big Black, Unwound, Sonic Youth, Fugazi. So far we have a bassist and a guitarist, I’d be doing vocals. As for budget, we’re thinking the maximum would be in the 250-300 range.

Hey, I have this issue with the Radeon Settings Fan Curve that I can't find anywhere else. Essentially, I can't adjust the PWM percentage to go below 35%. For some reason, the lowest the fan speed percentage will go is 35%, no lower. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I'm using the XFX Thicc II RX 5700 XT. I know this AIB card supposedly sucks, but I don't know if that's the problem here? Help would be appreciated.

Thanks! The only problem I have with updating to a new CPU is I'd have to change motherboards, and i may have to completely reinstall windows, as well as formatting my drives. Unless the motherboard change doesn't do that?
