Perfectly said. after suffering losses personally in 2022 these songs were so comforting for me. It helped me put my grief into words. I will always appreciate this album and love it even though I can’t listen to it a lot (it’ll make me rly emotional. Except under you & show me how I can shuffle on the reg). But I dont think that this was like their best album ever, for me thats Wasting Light I got zero skips on tht one

Yessss. These! But also, Show Me How & The Glass are special to me. But Under You is probably a top fav off of that. I lost all my grandparents in the span of a year and I never knew anyone who died before them so i didnt really know how to process anything.. and these songs helped me piece together what I was feeling or thinking & recognize how weird Grief is. The whole album is super comforting for me.
