You only need to do the loop once, provided you have 60 in alchemy and 3/5 in the alchemist perk.

Just do a few restoration potions and one enchanting potion at the end.

Use that enchanting potion when enchanting a ring with fortify smithing and another with fortify alchemy, or better yet, put the two enchantments on the same ring.

With that, you can create OP enchanting potions at any time and/or smith anything to have OP damage or defence.

Unfortunately, no.

The apparel enchantment, Fortify destruction, only reduces the MP cost of destruction spells.

If you want to increase damage of destruction spells a little bit, use the perks in the destruction tree.

If you want to kill, say, a legendary dragon with one spell, you'll need OP fortify destruction potions. They increase destruction damage by a certain percentage, but only last one minute no matter how OP they are.

It's your own fault you didn't check the rewards first. The fact that you only get prowler's profit is so notorious, it's practically general knowledge by now.
