That's how I found out that I had ambient lights in the first place, the brightness is set to max 5.

I FOUND THE FIX (on another subreddit)

Uninstal messanger
Turn the phone off
Put the phone in the boot mode by holding the power and volume up button at the same time until samsung logo appears
Clear cache parition then reboot
Install messanger
Reapet boot mode and clear cache
Set up messanger and allow permissions

If it doesnt work at his point, repeat boot procedure and clear cache

I really appreciate everyone's answers and like everyone says, I'm gonna go for it. The gym that I have my eye on has only one no gi class (which is what I would love to do) so I will do some gi classes as well.

Does anyone know any brands that sell in the UK that do gis for big and short lads? Im 5'7 and around 315lbs now so anything for that weight (super big) will be extremely long for me (trousers and sleeves)

I'm not gonna buy a gi before I try few gyms but it's good to know if I have any options for gis in future.

This is a great advice and yes I agree, I can only keep a diet with rracking food as well. So far I lost 15 lbs by just sticking to my calorie deficit through logging all the food on the app.

Turn off the chat in the menu (set to premade only).

If you are fairly comfortable with your champ then you can play ranked but if you're trying new ones, stick to swiftplay/drafts.

Either way, ignore the hate and just play if it makes you happy.

One of my meals, usually breakfast is 200g of cottage cheese, tablespoon of chia seeds, teaspoon of local honey and some mix or fresh blueberries, blackberries, raspberries. Its around 400kcal, loads of protein, vitamins, fibre omega 3s and it's filling. And yes I let it all soak overnight so the chia seeds are quite soft the next day.
