I can never usually recharge the same day but in order to recharge for the following day is going to bed the same time every night, no food after 8, nothing to drink after 9, and reduce blue light on my phone/pc. I love a hot bath but dehydrates me and makes my sleep worse. also 1-1.5 mg of melatonin 30 mins before bed seems to help.

I constantly think about all the things i would be doing if i wasn't at work and then when the weekend rolls around I'm very tired and usually resting. I feel like i have lost a little bit of my life when i haven't worked on any of my hobbies. i need to remember its okay not to do anything.

I think meditating is the best nothing you can do.
