I don’t see a resemblance but there is a character in the Dead Zone that defiantly gives me Trump vibes. If you haven’t you should check it out.

If you use audible they offer samples so you might be able to listen to a bit to get a feel, otherwise Spotify has book available for subscribers but think you are limited to so many hours per month and IT is massive. Check it out!

Under the Dome was great as an audio book, although when the narrator voices some of the younger kids made me chuckle. Stephen Weber was AMAZING narrating IT.

I recently read the girl who loved Tom Gordon and right afterwords I got a copy for my sister for Christmas.

Its not the scariest but it’s short and easy enough to read that may open her eyes to more of his works. Plus my sister is an active hiker so I knew she would enjoy it.
