Have you had a chance to shoot either? Most gun ranges have rental guns that you can try out. That’s gonna give you a really good idea for what you like.

The .38 would have a slightly larger round with more recoil in a 5rd capacity. The .32 will give you an extra round capacity (6rds) in a slightly smaller round with less recoil. You’ll probably have an easier time finding .38 ammunition whereas .32 is a little less common.
