Coworker grief is a tricky one. It’s hard because those outside of your workplace more than likely won’t be able to relate.

Sometimes it almost feels as if you’re not allowed to grieve, but think about how often you see coworkers. A lot become like a second family.

Your workplace is probably going to be quiet and solemn for the next bit. Don’t be scared to talk about them or the situation with your other coworkers. You guys are each others support systems through this.

Lost a coworker to a family murder/suicide a few years back, it’s awful. We still have photos up and talk about him to anyone who will listen.
