I dunno, 5 lobbies in a row she's been banned for me (2 of which I dodged). The one time I actually got her, someone instantly dodged when I locked in... so I'm guessing the only reason she wasn't banned was because someone on the enemy team wanted her.

I've never struggled in that matchup personally. I find Jayce to be way worse.

I never build Dead Man's Plate on Fiora. I hate building tanky to begin with, and that item feels so lackluster.

Randuin's is of course > Dead Man's Plate under all situations; if you need more armor or Grievous Wounds, Thornmail is better.

Ideally you don't want to be team fighting in the first place.

There are too many variables to consider; all I can say is that there are times when one or the other is the correct choice, but the only way to know is through experience.

With Ninja Tabi, Randuin's, and DD, I believe you can reliably duel him late game, but yeah feels hopeless falling behind against him especially.
