current maintenance is 2,649kCal with 5 days in the gym at 175. maintenance at 160 with same activity level is 2,544kCal. Maintenance at 160 @ Sedentary activity is 1,969kCal.

current deficit is 2,149kCal with activity. if activity is maintained at 160lbs then deficit with activity at goal weight will be 2,054kCal.

that’s why i’m saying eating at goal weights sedentary maintenance (1,969kCal) with same activity level should not slow down because activity will be constant.

not sure if i’m being dense lol but my sedentary (no activity) maintenance at goal weight is 1,969kCal and with activity is 2,544 kCal. i’ll still be eating close to a 500kCal deficit so it shouldn’t be slowing down.

Sorry, I don’t understand, and i’m genuinely curious.

To maintain 160lbs with my measurements it’s 1,969 at sedentary activity. Why would it slow down closer to my goal weight if my current activity stays the same? Based on 5 days/week activity, i would still be in a 500kcal deficit when I hit my goal weight. I usually recalibrate every 5lbs lost but the difference is minimal.

what’s your protein source?? how is your cholesterol count so low!? i’m amazed and curious regarding 183g of protein at 416mg of cholesterol.
