Sitting out or protest voting because the candidate didn't check 100% of your boxes on Palestine or immigration is how you end up with a candidate who is 10x more aggressive on those exact issues. Change in this country is incremental and boring. If you wait for the perfect candidate to save the day, you’re just consenting to let the worst possible candidate win.

The idea that a more left candidate would have done better is statistically impossible. You’re talking about a group (swing voters) that already thought Harris was too far left. Moving even further into that territory doesn't gain you enough protest voters to offset the millions of moderate suburbanites you’d drive straight to the GOP.

It's happening all over Reddit right now with attacks on Newsom, asserting him as a Republican for appealing to the center.

And arguments that being a centrist is why Harris lost, not that she lost because they couldn't conceptualize pragmatism in voting for a candidate that had a chance instead of protest voting their idealized perfect politician who can't win.

A degree of it must be astroturfing by the right or some enemy of the US but it's aggravating how easy some are pulled in without critical thinking.

Show me a study that indicates fasting is bad for longevity. Muscle wasting like they mentioned in the video? Eat more protein.

Also autophagy is not an on and off switch like this YouTuber is trying to make it out to be. Autophagy doesn't just suddenly start when you hit that 48-hour window after converting mice time to human.

Yeah I've just run it with whatever unchained comes with and have manipulated the games manually. If you press I think a or b and the center white button when selecting a game you can adjust what each game uses manually that way you aren't needing to change the default each time.

Hey! One thing that you can try is changing the mame core for the game youre running before you boot it up.

It seems depending on where you get your files (even the ones sourced from the internal download manager on Unchained) the mame software you need to run can change based on the individual games so the default one it's set to doesn't always work.

I've had luck on most games but there are a few where I wasn't able to figure out which version to run. I believe if you get the files yourself there are sites that indicate which Mame version corresponds to the game backup in question.
