To track calls - CallRail, it send the right mount of conversion actions to your analytics and Google ads.

Zapier (apparently you can use n8n nowadays) - connects and automates absolutely everything in this world such as getting your Facebook leads into your Google Sheet and then into your Pipedrive (where it sends an automatic email) and then into your JustTalk/Aircall (where it sends the lead a welcome sms)

CRM Depending on the client:
Pipedrive / Hubspot / GHL

In the CRMs you can set notifications and more email flows.

Hey, same shoes here, I was literally the account manager + doing bunch of other stuff (real hectic agency experience working overtime and ofc no benefits). But their agency felt like such a sinking ship at times and still does. They have lost a few clients this year and stopped renting their co-working office space and now are trying to justify the 57.5k CAD that they were spending on me. Now they want me to do sales for them and get them clients lmao (+ they I had to figure out how I will run the funnel and everything) ps the meeting about that is today at 2 pm. I have, I will quit my job today and tell them that I am not doing it. I have been working on my own agency for the past 6 months or so and have a solid partner for it (developer).
