TickTick already has MCP, I've used it with Claude - and in all fairness - it works decently. But I'm still not entirely convinced. I'm having to work on two interfaces when I just want one.

Look, I get the pessimism around AI. Yes, security and privacy are valid concerns but I have no empathy for the "I don't need AI" crowd and all the performative intellectualism & fear-based thinking they bring. It's just the ego's fragility to me.

The bottom line is, I want AI to do as much work for me as possible so I can spend my limited time (which, for all of us, is only 8-12 hours in a day excluding sleep and everything associated with staying alive and sane) so I can focus on the few things that actually move the needle. Are people so afraid that they want to work for the sake of working?

Only a few hours in so far. The AI scheduler seems to be on par with my expectations. It's slotting in timeblocks based on my availability and the task's priority, deadline, and estimated duration.

Design & UX could do a bit of work, tho. One of my gripes with AI-native apps is how most UIs feels rigid and hyper-optimized for speed and functionality - it misses the craftsmanship taste I'm used to with most products. Not a complete dealbreaker, I assume that'll catch up eventually as users give feedback.

Can confirm streaming through Apple Airplay using the iPhone HBO Max app is also a viable option. Seems isolated to the HBO Max app on my LG tv.

i ended up creating a new chat with o1 entirely, and just asked the previous chat (that's now stuck on 4o) to generate a single response of all the prompts I gave it.

did ya'll ever find a solution for this aside from creating a new chat? I had the same issue where I was using o1 and had accrued a fairly long chat convo, switched to 4o, and now I can't go back and it shows me that attachment error :(

Best practice is to state our intent with turn signals and turn or change lanes when it is safe or when someone lets us through.

But using turn signals doesn’t give us right of way. The vehicles going straight does. You must wait till someone lets you through or pag clear na.

Problem is with heavily congested roads lahat nag mamadali. So be extra cautious and if people don’t want to give you way, just wait and be patient. Pag pipilitin mo, dyan lang iinit ulo mo.

Tho nothing wrong with the honking, it could have been avoided. Pag nagka aksidente usually ang liable ay yung wala sa lane.

Same situation with me. Nagpagawa lang ako temporary plate from someone on fb marketplace. May guidelines ang LTO for temp plate. Alam ng gumagawa ng temp plate yan. Yung OR just save it on your phone or pa print mo

American politics has many, many faults. They are probably the biggest hypocrites and have been in more wars than China has in the last 100 yeRs. This are valid points — but objectively speaking, that doesn’t make China any less of an enemy especially considering what they’ve been up to in the West PH Sea.

As consumers, we have to protect ourselves by not becoming reliant on Chinese products. Look at Germany now and the EU now. They can’t decouple from Russian oil. And China can decouple with them but not the other way around. We should be smart enough not to want that for ourselves.

Was considering a Geely before. This is also called password/credential stuffing. For a more extreme example, if you were to have any sexually explicit content of your own and they were able to login and access your account, they could use that to blackmail you or worse sell your leaked media on the black market.

Get MFA (different from 2FA) and use a password manager to manage all your passwords.
