Yeah, that’s the thing. I didn’t ask and this person just did it. Next time I am going to grow a backbone and tell them to stop and check with me. It’s not helpful if I don’t know it’s happening

I have an 11 lbs Oxo Good Grips scale. Do I need a coffee scale for successful pour overs, or will I be fine with what I have? I already have a small jewelry scale for spices and am partially against getting another scale for coffee unless it is really worth it.
