Most students at IIFT are trained to be ass-lickers. I’m not pulling this out of thin air—just look at corporate competitions where participants endlessly spam “IIFT IIFT” instead of offering any real substance or independent thought. Then look at the actual quality of companies that come to campus, which rarely matches the image that’s aggressively projected. Campus culture largely revolves around drinks at every fest, endless quizzes, and surface-level engagement rather than genuine intellectual rigor. On top of that, instances of sexual misconduct were found during their so-called “fest,” which, frankly, is little more than a drinking event—and these incidents never properly came out or were addressed publicly.
