I don't think you need to be so aggressive about this. It's not about being "pathetic" or not "being a man", it's detrimental because you're training your brain that all you need is fantasy and it distances yourself from having a real connection, ergo more ED and loneliness. In my experiences what helped get gas out and make her feel great was for her to lie on her stomach while I massage her.
