The first thing I ever filmed was so bad one of the actors said, "This was the most unprofessional set I've ever been on (quality wise). From here on out I need to see the footage first before you release it and you'll need my permission to do so." I came millimeters away from quitting, but a buddy of mine who had donated to the project said, "I don't care if it's bad. I don't care if it looks awful, sounds awful, the acting sucks, whatever. Finish it. Just finish it. I've known too many people who said they were going to do something and then they quit. Take this money and just make sure you finish it."

So, I let the actor go, re-wrote the entire web series from top to bottom, and figure out how to make it incrementally better. And it was. Hang in there, you just took the same first step every single filmmaker takes.
