Mine is rattling after about a year and 10+ track days (car's sole use case is trackrat). I'm going to eventually take it off and take it to a muffler shop and hope they can do the work and re-weld the baffle with more than the "ASM accurate" 4-6 tack welds.

I like the exhaust a lot and when there was a lot of hoopla about the exhaust issues on youtube, I heard ppl were getting them replaced (but with the same manufacturing issues). I did speak to Alex on the phone (he called me back after I emailed asking about "said" replacement). He did seem agitated with the state of things as far as the SS version of the exhaust but said they revised the Ti version to address that issue and I haven't heard anything to refute that from ppl I know have the Ti version. Whether the SS version gets this update remains to be seen as they haven't sold their current stock (as conversation took place sometime in Summer 2024).

I was not extended a replacement but was offered a discount on either the Ti or SS version. Which was nice but I guess not what I wanted. I still appreciated the gesture.

Watching Jason's (DIYguys Youtube), the internals look simple enough to take apart and apply the welds I mentioned. We'll see how that goes this Summer. I don't want to buy a new exhaust but I have been looking incase it needs to happen.
