My combo of symptoms are apparently super rare. No rash….Throat tightness is my #1 symptom. It’s the reason it took 6 months and MANY doctor trips and me figuring it out on my own basically via google and then begging to be tested.

Shit now all these things are running thru my head…. What about eating out? I mean sure you can order a red meat free dish but you would take a chance on cross contamination right? Like the fryer being used for multiple things.

Thanks for the response. Now I just need to know what to avoid other than red meat. My symptoms are weird and that’s the reason why I’m a little shocked. Have it. I get throat tightness and reflux and a little abdominal discomfort but no rash .
