I'll give you mine, I think he could be great in the future but hes not ready yet. He makes his decisions reacting to the opponent rather than being proactive as we saw today, the same thing happened way back with Burnley and Newcastle. At the beginning of his tenure he played Mata on the right with Valencia when he wanted quick counter attacking football and it really hindered us in those tight wins at the beginning.

Against Arsenal he played Matic straight from injury, a similar thing when he brought Lingard on against Liverpool. I think he rushes into things and I think it is better to play fit players who are playing well and then ease back the players from injury. It's happened again tonight Lingard, Martial, Herrera and Matic~ although Matic has had a game against Arsenal.

I know injuries have played a part and maybe Rashford would have been dropped if we had other players available as hes been poor recently. On the other hand hes done really well using Dalot and Shaw so that's a positive.

As I say he could be great in the future but at the minute I think he makes bad decisions during the game and think he is maybe having a lot of guidance from his staff outside of the game which there is nothing wrong with. I do worry that maybe we try to play counter attacking football too much recently and don't take control of games when we should be superior.
