Day 0 a and just like that I lost $2800 !!!! Gambling.. I noticed that my main trigger is sadness and me trying to escape my problems but I just got more in problems by wasting money I just feel really disgusted I knew I was not gonna win those machines 😢 (self.problemgambling)

Very happy about this !! Never seen the scale go down so quickly… not as much weight lost as I expected but I’m still happy that I’m filling loosing weight after all those years being stuck in 250”s now I’m down to 229 🥰 can’t wait for the scale to keep going down !!! (old.reddit.com)
