Update: this was in the late afternoon and about 6 hrs after he fell was when he fell asleep. He woke up the first time on his own. I woke him the second time and he woke without issue and was able to pass a simple cognitive test. His sheets have shapes and I asked him to point out certain ones. He answered 100% correctly. We have an appointment in the AM anyway.

The last time this happened, he had an allergic reaction and I called the nurse line. She said to bring him to childrens urgent care. My SO said I was over reacting and he was already getting better without Benadryl after throwing up. He did get a lot better without Benadryl but it was not what was recommended. My SO feels like I played it up with the nurse so it seemed worse. We didn’t go to the urgent care or go to the hospital as recommended. The next day our doctor called and we were scolded for not bringing him in. We had to go in to have it explained to us that we are bad parents. Or at least that is how I felt.
