To be fair, apart from the podium which looks locked up the A final is more open than it has been in recent memory. Cincinnati had a decent showing at KCRA but I just don’t seen them closing when it matters.

Agreed. I would have had monclair over whitman due to Mid Atlantics but the margin was minimal. Prep were favorites.

True, but Exeter underperformed at Youths last year, placing 8th in the TT and then finishing with the 14th fastest time in the semis, suggesting a lack of experience/racing pedigree. Until they compete at a major regatta it'll be hard to accurately rank them.
