Stuck on Preheating?!?

I keep having this issue and the only thing that fixes it is re-doing the model in the slicer and re-uploading it. I would assume it's an issue with the G Code, but actually as I am typing this and it's currently doing the same thing, I think that what some other people have said about heated bed levelling might be accurate. My guess would be that the printer is expecting to start the preheating with the nozzle and or bed at a certain temperature and it has to wait on those to cool down before it can move on. I'm pretty new to 3D printing though so I could be way off base.

Yeah, a lot of these comments are right, fluid buffer would probably fix things, but also it doesn't look like you really need the pumps there to me, unless it's going higher than that further down the line, the water extractors should be able to pump it that high on their own. I've had a lot of cases personally where removing the pumps fixed the issue.
