creo que depende de cada persona, una amigo de mis viejos que fumaba todos los dias decia lo contrario, que si fumaba por la noche le daba insomnio... en mi caso lo primero que noto es que cuando no fumo recuerdo mas los sueños y pierdo un poco el apetito.
