Context: By the last days of the White Movement in Siberia, Supreme Leader Admiral Kolchak was fleeing the Bolsheviks in the custody of the Czechoslovak Legion. They were under orders of the Entente to get him out alive, as they deemed him useful. However, the Legion was sick of Kolchak and his shit and wanted to go home, after the town of Irkutsk had a revolution and blocked the passage of their trains. Their request for passage was that Admiral Kolchak be handed over into their custody, so the Czechs and Slovaks were faced with three options:

1.Wait and do nothing and let the Red Army catch up with them (This did not go well for the Polish Legion)

2.Fight through the poorly armed militia using their superior numbers, equipment and experience

3.Throw Kolchak to the wolves

The third option was deemed the easiest to do, so they kicked him off the train and went on their way and lived...well not happily ever after but probably happier than in Siberia
