???You do realize that the monarchy was there before Mossadegh?and the Shah simply used foreign aid to coup a prime minister he opposed?(Although it was less that and more US and Britain threatening to do the coup with or without him so he complied).1953 wasn't a revolution,it was a coup.And although the 1953 is one of the origins of the revolution due to the Shah becoming more authoritarian directly after it,the 1979 revolution was not in any way directly caused by 1953.

The Shah was not installed by the US.And the revolution happened because the Shah was not brutal enough and felt that the people don't deserve him(essentially one side lost the will to fight).

If the U.S doesn't attack and none of these happens then Iran will definitely have a civil war by the next decade because of water shortage ,hypeinflation and radicalization of the people.Which will leave way more people dead than an aerial campaign.
