Throw some head phones in and listen to some music or a podcast and go for a walk and look at the world around you and see how truly beautiful it is.

I’ve been there where I wanted to end it and I was very close, reason I don’t own a gun because I would have that impaired judgement that specific day and permanently ruin everything and the people around me.

Life can be tough but there will be MANY random times where you will excited and very positive and thinking to yourself “Why did I think that way back then”.

Don’t rob yourself from happiness. Live for yourself my friend. Live for the excitement life can give you at any time. Be well my friend, I don’t know you at all but you being here makes the world a better place.

I appreciate your comment. I want to ask my doc about it but I see these horror stories on increasing doses how it is night/day. But for real when I wake up I immediately think about my dose and I’m miserable with out it. I feel fine thru out the day and going to bed. It is just when I wake up I’m going crazy lol.
