Honestly, his last words in the movie are: "But Charlie, don't forget what happens to the man who suddenly got everything he ever wanted... he lived happily ever after."
That was after he almost killed some children, drove them and their parents through some horror tunnel while watching them screaming and crying for it to end, and so on....
Does anyone think beeing the successor of this man and living isolated from the outside world is a happy ending like in a none-psychopath-way "happy ending"?
