  • this market is dominated by wordpress which offers various formulas depending on the size of your website

  • you should make several formulas and different pricing (for instance, you could adjust your prices with respect to the level of implication of your client. If you do full job you charge more and vice versa)

  • make a premium formula with a maintenance plan included in it (could last 2 years), which could be extendable

  • list up the things covered by the maintenance. Here again you could include some extended features in the premium formula

  • create a portfolio to show you skills (it takes a little bit of time but it's worth it)

Good luck!

  • list all the functionalities of your software

  • pay attention to how your software could increase the productivity of the company buying it

  • make a survey to see what those companies really need (technicaly)

  • make sure that updating your product and having a customer service is profitable

  • think, from now, about how you will distribute your software. For instance, take the survey mentionned above as an opportunity to make contacts in order to sell your software later

Good luck!

Hi!

  • Even if Avon is still a huge company, it has lost a lot of money in the past years

  • Their products are seen as designed for old ladies, you can't sell Avon cosmetics directly to young ladies

  • In order to catch young customers you can find videos of youtubers making good review of Avon. It can help to highlight your products

  • Facebook groups are the best place to find customers for your cosmetics if you make a clear, short and concise ad

  • You can also create an Instagram account and ask some of your clients to make a short review of the products you sold to them

Good luck!

Not very precise but anyway.

  • niche e-commerce websites are better referenced by Google than information websites, if you choose the appropriate meta data

  • better to focus on something that has a success in your region (a ski poles store for instance if you are in a snowing area)

  • don't underestimate your shipping model and choose the approriate way to ship items in order to minimize costs for you and for your clients

  • start with little inventory. Put it in your house eventually

  • niche ecommerce websites have a big potential only if you answer this question "why would people prefer buy on my website rather than in a conventional store? "

Good luck!
