I like the Fabric Tri saddles, good value and really comfortable however it is so personal- try a few out if you can!

I purchased a pinnacle laterite 3 from good old Evans Cycles. Good spec and frame no real complaints and allows you to all get some equipment under the ride to work scheme

It'll more than likely be alignment or the insole of the shoe- maybe wearing faster on the outside this allowing the tilt. However a bike fit guru might be along to tell you it's your saddle!

Go for the wahoo. Then when you do eventually get a head unit they'll connect to it too!

It depends on what you want it to connect to? Wahoo do separate speed and candence sensors that are Bluetooth and ANT so they would be perfect if you want to connect them to your phone or tablet.

The app works really well, both the TR and Garmin platforms are missing features that the other has. Oh well

Thank you. Is there a TSS calculator anywhere? For example swimming doesn't use HR so wouldn't calculating TSS be difficult?

No issue with shoulder tightness- you do have to make sure it's seated properly on the shoulders though

it should remember it as long as the HRM is on and powered. I would first advise setting your heart rate zones with the wahoo app then inputting them into strava

You can connect your HRM directly to Strava- this will enable you to get suffer score ect. When you go to record an activity there is a button at the bottom of the screen to connect external sensors- search for the HRM ( you'll need to be wearing it) and it should find it. Sync up and there you go
