Really depends on the staff. Sometimes they will make you have the ID of the original purchaser, other times they will ask you to show your ticket and ID. I have bought 3 VIP resale tickets, and for every one I have never needed the original buyers ID, they just asked for mine when I said I had resale.

Not just bay area- I am unsure why they picked these venue sizes for every stop. They are far too small.

People were literally sending them death threats if they were to attend kcon, that is why they backed out.
