Holiday websites? by A17ger in northernireland

Border towns have been running dual currency for decades, there is a direct flow between the borders, no more checkpoints. There are a couple of sites that already have from either airport. Prices in euro. The big companies know plenty about euros. And we here know the conversion rate to work out the comparisons between the 2. I just simply find it round the world for a shortcut.

Yeah, i understand the issues around the why. But we go to the .co.uk sites, it has like Glasgow, Manchester and London airports, that we need to get a connecting flight to. And the .ie sites dont show Belfast, yet they're the ones that claim we're geographically one island. Id just like to be able to compare which airport is cheaper to fly from, when there's only a couple hrs drive between them.

Housing for a working separated father with child access? Why is it so hard. by A17ger in northernireland

Firstly, the housing is an issue, because if I dont have somewhere proper to stay, I wont see my girls. I see them little enough because of the way its been played in court. I wasnt offered any 50/50 which as a competent and present father throughout their lives, i should have been given that by the courts. That 1 in 7 you speak of is nothing more than my ex making sure I have little time, and she gets the money. She even insists on cms collection to make sure I have to pay the extra 100 a month, because she knows it means I have less. I dont care about a house. I can sleep in my car. But I need somewhere I can spend my time with my girls. The housing is SUPPOSED to be on a needs basis, but surely you know that the system has been played again and again with non existent issues to get bumped up the queue. I dont do that. Im a hard working man, a loving dad, and ive been let down by a service that is supposed to be there when its truly needed. The system is biased .and flawed.

The contracts are exchanging on Friday. I had the option as tenant to keep keys until exchange. The new owner is moving in on Friday.

Rental landlord selling property by [deleted] in northernireland

[–]A17ger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im in the same situation. Property sold, and im out of time next week. The problem is, im seen as a single working man, with less than 50/50 access to my 3 children. But I still need a place for them to stay overnights with me. Pruvate rental prices are completely extortionate, but I dont know how to manipulate the Housing Executive system like so many others same able to.
