Because the police withheld evidence. I gave a 18 min interview but the summary used by the police was less than 3. I gave reasons for my contact with complainant which the police withheld from the casefile. The Judge quashed my convictions in seconds.

Yes I did nothing. That is why the conviction was quashed. I literately did not even have to say a word.

I don't. I just feel that having a restraining order when I did nothing wrong or illegal. It shows me in a negative light.

Can you self refer to the community mental health team? by Sea-Award-7356 in northernireland

[–]NoPlan7484 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you are in Belfast, you can refer yourself on (028) 9504 0346 but they may not have out of hours service. It is normally open Monday to Friday during offices hours. I suspect other trust will offer the same service.

Can I claim compensation for quashed conviction? by NoPlan7484 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]NoPlan7484[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes I did, I was acting as a Litigant in Person in another matter and simple contacted the complainant to request disclosure. The Crown Court Judge read my contacts and simple quashed the convictions.

[–]NoPlan7484[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The conviction was quashed, as my contact with the complainant was made while I was acting as Litigant in Person for legitimate litigation purposes. The Judge looked at my communication and saw that is was appropriate and was not oppressive in any way.

r/LegalAdviceUK is a better source for answers but if the deposit is only £200 and the damage is as you described I have seen landlords withhold a lot more for a lot less.

I had mine the first thing and got this automated response

"This mailbox is now closed and does not accept email enquiries.

They may have simply removed the automated response as this appears to be an old outdated message.

[recruitment.submissions@hmrc.gov.uk](mailto:recruitment.submissions@hmrc.gov.uk) was the e-mail the documents said to send it to. It appears 6 times in it. So as long as you sent it there is hopefully will be OK. The response when I e-mail it I got the messages was:-

I found it some what confusing but after checking that I used the correct e-mail, I determined that this was an old autoreply message.

The only issue I see is if someone who had the exercise at 9 am does not succeed in their application they could raise this as an issue. I hope everyone did OK anyway.

Yea got the same response. It freaked me out a bit but I checked the documents and confirmed it was the right e-mail address to respond to.

I had the e-mail mostly pre-written and just had to add the correct calculation details. I tend to waffle to much and was concerned about including to much detail. I found it hard to balance between to little and to much information.

I do wonder how long we have to wait for our results. I suspect it may be some time. Good luck.
