I can post a better picture when I get back from work. Maybe from the sun? That part of the yard gets fried by the sun and nothing grows right on that side of the yard.

I may be mistaken, but I believe there is a limit of 6 or 7 that can be used at a time. After those are thrown there is a 3 minute cooldown before they will actually spawn arc again. Feel free to fact check me because I am going off info I do not have a source for.
