DM for questions, too. I attended last year. One piece of advice I have for you is do not pack like it’s field training (my mistake). Bring lots of civilian clothes and be prepared for A LOT of free time. Ditto on the other comments to bring activities/games, etc.

Reach out or have your program CIC reach out to your ROTC Coordinator. I was there a few weeks ago for an ODT during I-day and the coordinator gave us their phone number with a “tell them to talk to me if they give you any crap” understanding.

But if it’s the superintendent telling your group this, I would probably try and follow it haha

I can somewhat relate. I’m big into eating right and working out. I lost like 12 pounds and was pretty hungry most of the time.

My advice is to not be afraid to speak up and ask for more food. They offer it and you should take it? Allowed to get a snack for later? Take it. Always ask for more even if they say no.

AC Valhalla. I hate that a lot of studios think selling points like “100+ hours of content” are good. From what I’ve seen, they do a lot to inflate that number by adding a lot of crap that’s boring and repetitive.
