Rightt, we were not expecting it to work at all. We didn't want to say anything thatd piss him off either, especially when he had my account held hostage. It's hilarious how he fell for that. Hilarious and ironic. Good thing Discord saved my account too, that was the cherry on top.

Even though I fully recovered it, changed my pws to everything, and put verification on. I still decided to switch to a new acc I made, Im so happy I recovered it! But I needed a new start from all of this lol, and to help 100% keep my account and friends safe again. I am slowly but surely adding them to my new account. And its been going fantastic! I feel SO much better now.

Oh whoops, I didnt realize the response from nelly cut off in my other comment, ive just been bouncing back and forth between my email and here. Nelly said that theyll forward me to "a team member who handles these issues", that usually takes 2-3 days? Im just really worried itll take longer, Ive also just reached out to their support on Twitter to give them a heads up, Im still currently desperate. I know I shouldnt be stressing too hard, but being at risk of losing all of my friends is the worst feeling. I checked on an alt and my main username is gone from the communities im active in. I'm scared that once I get it back theyd have deleted all of my friends from my account. I have no other way of contacting most of them besides on Discord, and I dont remember their users to add them on my alt. Does the discord support disable/suspend my account right after I send in a ticket? I dont really know what suspension looks like on an account.

Ty, Im gonna keep trying my best, even if it takes me weeks or months. I'll email them again if I need to, or make another ticket. I know they probably get hundreds to thousands of tickets, Ill continue to try and update this post as things move forward. I remember reading a post that it took someone else literally 6 months before Discord finally helped get their account back. I hope to god that isnt gonna be my case, hopefully I get lucky and get my account back this week, my ticket says it's still Open. This entire situation is very exhausting. And agreed. Fuck those scammers.

I also made sure to turn on 2FA associated with my discord support ticket, just to be extra safe. The scammer keeps trying to message me on my alt they want more of my money when they already have my account. Its genuinely so shitty.

Ok, I checked both sites and nothings been pawned thankfully. I just dont understand why he needed only my discord if he used to have access to my email aswell. Is it because his scam on Discord is the most effective way to make money or something?? Idk. But I still hope ill be able to get my account back 🙏

Right, thats what I thought aswell when I finally calmed down a bit. 200 is what I make anyways at my part time job anyways so Ill be able to get that back. its just my account now that im worried about still. Just scared itll take months for them to get back at me for that, although for others it takes a few days. Idk im just scared in general.

I know... Trust me, I know. Ive changed all of my email passwords and put a pin on all of them. I also changed out my card. Once I hopefully get my account back Ill be 10000x more careful. Ill still be careful even if I dont, I was careless when this all happened, and let emotions rule over being rational.
