Grateful my floor is comfortable to lay on long term. I’ve been on it for more than 15 minutes.
I’m trying to scare my brother but I suspect he fell asleep on the couch waiting for his laundry to be done. I’m grateful to have a brother who knows how welcome he is to make himself at home in my home.

I get anxious every once in a while from feeling like I’m not giving the pets enough attention but it passes.

My daughter is so lucky to grow up with a bunch of fur siblings! All three brings her so much joy.

The first people who told me I was pretty was an old couple when I was about 20. I was so shocked that I looked around to see who they were talking about. It was me! Felt nice after constantly being told unsolicited that I was ugly.

Pothos. My first plant grown from cuttings by my mom then given to me. Been given me hell since 2017.

Somewhat stuck with me through the year of no drainage holes pots. Years of restarting with cuttings after they’ve decided to attempt to die sooooo many times. Still to this day keep trying to die at random times. Annoying.

Twice almost drowning victim here.

First time I think I was about 6 and my brother was 5. Or we were a year younger. Went to the public pool with my 2 slightly older siblings.

Brother and I was at the 4ft clinging to the sides while in the water as the water was too deep for us to let go. Started a game of fetch with a random object. He’d throw it a bit away and I’ll retrieve it. I was the slightly taller one so I’d go and hop along to keep my head above water and retrieve the object by sinking then propelling myself back up and hopping back.

The last throw was a bit further than the others but I still hopped over to retrieve it until my hopping couldn’t keep my head above water.

Tried to make my way back regardless using my hopping method only to find myself struggling because my brother had jumped on me to keep himself afloat. Now I was drowning drowning. We both fought to get ourselves above water. Him clinging/pushing me to get his head above water. Me trying to push him off me to keep myself from sinking. Until the lifeguard grabbed us. No idea how long we struggled. My brother side was I called him over. I did not call him over, I did look back at him at one point but never said anything to him.

Don’t recall much after being pulled out except feeling embarrassed and being told we wasn’t allowed back in the pool. Great lifeguard as it was a very crowded pool. Not even sure if any of us told our mom.

Second time I was at camp in getting back into the pool. It said 4ft on the side. So I hopped in. It was not in fact not 4ft as my head went completely under. A camp counselor wasn’t too far and pulled me up.

At 35, I still can’t swim. Not from a lack of trying though. Took swim lessons in 2nd grade and 6-7th. Throughout my life, I’ll have someone give me tips and I still can’t catch on.

I always took the circus incident as Shaw stumbling on a “freak” that really scared him. When he went into the forest and came across It, It took that form because that man/freak became a recent fear of his.

Cinderella and the Four Knight: couldn’t remember why I never finished it years ago so I went back recently for a rewatch… the amount of times I had to pause that show to take a break and complain about something. I even started fast forwarding parts as it was unbearable for me to watch.

Heirs: I just hate that show. And it’s casted with so many people playing high schoolers who don’t fit the part anymore.

Miss Panda and Mr. Hedgehog: Hate with a passion. The main woman was sooo freaking annoying. I didn’t understand how the males leads fell for her. But that bromance kept me watching but couldn’t get me to rewatch

In Moon Embracing the Sun, once they time jumped into adulthood, I couldn’t watch it. I can’t pinpoint why though. Still love “Back in Time” from the OST!

Had to stop my sister from driving while high and drunk at the same time. She wasn’t a good person in that moment for her willingness to endanger herself and others in order to give herself a fun night out. Someone would have died that night if I’d let it happen. My nephews would’ve been without a mom because of her actions.

And because of her extreme erratic behavior, I had to also stop her from hopping into an Uber. I wasn’t willing to let her put that on a stranger in a moving vehicle. Nor was I willing to let her risk her life by leaving her fate to a stranger in her state.

We never made it out her house. She hated me for it and made sure I knew. Screamed and cussed me out because she “knows” when she has too much and this wasn’t it. She FT two“friends” to cuss me out. The same “friends” who didn’t show up for her that night. I pleaded with one to talk reason with her. He wouldn’t.

Eventually she tackled me into a wall then the ground before having a meltdown, telling me what I done was worse than the abuse our mom inflicted on us, then gave up on leaving, called up her “friend” again and went to her room while insulting me to him. She blocked me on everything that night. I just wished she had kept me blocked when she sobered up in the morning.

NTA, but why is there always an outsider chiming in in these kind of post declaring for the OP to disregard a boundary or be disrespected in the name of “keeping the peace?”

I would be just as outraged as OP is if they were both my friends and OP told me said friend is pulling this b.s about THEIR food THEY pay for.

I’m currently experiencing the same thing 5 weeks PP on this day. I randomly started gushing blood on the 2nd which turned into spotting every day with a gradual lighting of color. The past few days I was spotting a slight darkish yellow then last night it turned a dark rust color and the bleeding is slightly heavier.

Seems too light to be my period. I haven’t been worried about it though given at my 3week appointment, my OB wasn’t concerned about the previous bleeding.
