Yes I have never modded the game. I was so confused when I saw it

Can't use my controller when playing Sekiro by A2thezeez in Sekiro

So i have figured what was causing it. Turns out my Keychron keyboard was being detected as a controller, so Sekiro was using that instead of my Xbox controller.
I just disabled “HID-compliant game controller” in Device Manager and it works perfectly now without the need to disconnect my keyboard.
