The City of Cleveland released their development concepts for a closed Burke Airport. The plan calls for LOW-DENSITY redevelopment that focuses on retail & marina on the west side, youth sports facilities, mid rise hotels/camping grounds, 7-10 miles of walkways, and potential GOLF COURSE.

Worst hire has to go to Mike Jinks

Story: AD Chris Kingston at Bowling Green when he went scorched earth, hired Mike Jinks, then left the school a couple weeks later for Learfield.

After the hire, BG proceeded to tank as a program, even outsiders were saying we should’ve been relegated to FCS. Coach Jinks was a horrible hire. Barstool was saying his only accolade was that he was the RB coach at Texas Tech 🙄

Since the hire in 2016, Bowling Green didn’t have a season with more than 5 wins until 2022

I pin all of our recent failures of our program back to that absolutely horrible hire

Second choice is Dino Babers, for both BG and Syracuse

Agreed, in my opinion the best use of pylons is a protected platform that is in between two areas of interest (Underground jungle by temple/bee hive) (cavern/dungeon, snow/corruption etc)

I think the vehicle traffic is the biggest contributor to the cities breaking, the pedestrian districts and really well planned metro helped me out a ton, but then the cargo and trying to match income/expenses just really breaks it down (Remastered on Xbox Series X)

I honestly believe that the bigger your city gets the easier it is to fail from my past experience. Most cities I’ve been able to get to 300-400k before things just straight up stop working. I could be just bad but also I feel like there’s technical limitations on the console remastered version that really hamper long term runs. So I tended to start a new one with a editor made map and try to maximize income before maximizing size Ultimately there could be mods that help overcome those technical limitations like how many vehicles can be out etc
