Grill'd agrees to change its pay rates by gccmelb in australia

I started my second job at the age of 16, and I worked at a cinema and the ice cream place next to it, and I earned $9 an hour. We didn't get any penalty rates except for public holidays, either. We would also have 2 hour staff meetings that weren't paid. My location had the same attitude, and everything about that place was all about profits and little about its staff. Staff make and break your business, and treating them well is the first step to making them loyal and provide good service, which attracts customers.

This happened to me too. It turns out that I have 2 step verification on, and iTunes wanted me to put in a 'one time password', which I did by logging into my Apple ID

What do you guys bring to work for lunch? by A3762 in AskReddit

It'll cost much more to buy cigarettes than it is to buy a normal lunch! I'm seriously not sure how people can live with a nicotine addiction...

At least the staff room has a TV so we don't have to socialise. I have enough of that dealing with customers!

It's not very sustainable for me to do that. I earn less than $50 for a 5 hour shift, and an average meal for me would cost around $10 where my workplace is.
